Kids Help Phone: Call to speak to a counsellor 24/7. It's anonymous, free, confidential, and targeted to those 20 years and under. Counsellors can help you explore your options and link you with resources in your community.

BC Youth Against Violence Line

The Youth Against Violence Line is a 24-7 live help line where you can talk to a support worker. This service is delivered in partnership with BC211, and support workers can talk to you about stopping violent or criminal activity, give information about a violent or criminal activity, and give you help about issues you might be dealing with like gangs, bullying, and sexual asasult. One Too Many is a novel way to help you start thinking about your drinking habits and will help you see if alcohol turns you into someone you'd rather not be. While most aclochol assessments focus on how much you drink, One Too Many explores behaviours associated with drinking.

Sex Sense is a free, confidential sexual health referral service staffed by nurses, clinical counsellors, and sex educators that are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. BC Women Against Violence Against Women (Rape Crisis Centre)

The WAVAW Rape Crisis Centre works to end all forms of violence against women. Their 24-hour Crisis Line will provide you with non-judgmental support and can give you information on referrals counselling services.
